If you queue a multi component item(Leech here) it will automatically add components to your buy queue so you can get the benefit of the investment faster, however if you queue it as your last slot, you will be able to buy one of the components, but the auto buy queue will try to force you to buy the other component and replace one of your items instead of allowing you to directly buy the full item if you have the funds.
