Shop "Modifies" tab doesn't show/include item's inherent stat buff

For instance, all $500 spirit items grant +4 spirit, but the effects of this are not shown in the "Modifies" preview. And if the item provides additional spirit, the inherent spirit is not included in the calculations displaying the value increase.
