I was unable to reproduce the bug but I was on amber playing the start of the lane in purple. I paused the game and alt tabbed, and when I tabbed back in the side shop looked like it had a ton of lights and bloom and my game was running at 8fps while looking at it. After some time the lights despawned. It may depend on where the camera is facing, or distance from the shop while pausing/unpausing but I couldn't get it to happen again. For reference around 80-140fps is normal on my machine
