It was about 2 or 3 patches ago when shiv was nerfed his slice and dice started bugging out in the jungle. Basically if you slice and dice into a wall it will extend the duration of the dash and you basically get stuck up against the wall in a slice animation. To cancel this you have to hit spacebar. This never happened to him prior to the patch where he was nerfed.
Also with the recent addition of quick cast, whenever you have an item that can be casted on an enemy it will have the same exact indicator that an execute does with his ultimate.
IE; I buy decay and have quick cast enabled now a red box will appear on every enemy which is the same exact box as his ultimate when someone is below the threshold. Please give his ultimate a new indicator such as a skull when the enemy is below the kill threshold!
