Shiv's Slice and Dice does not behave as similar spells on other heroes

Shiv's SnD should be able to lift the hero off the ground, similar to Apollo's riposte or Silver's boot kick, which was fixed for them, but not for Shiv.

While I do think jumping before using the skill is fine for skill expression, having this kind of inconsistency between heroes is not good for the game.

Bump. was just complaining about this to a friend the other day, cant believe they missed this when they made the original QoL pass and ALSO when they went to fix the rage barrier bug.
