Kinda like Billy when he's in his Blasted mode. One of the things I noticed about Shiv's animations is that he's always banging his head to (what I can only assume to be) a song stuck in his head, so being able to hear that during his rage would be a really cool addition. Plus, it could help differentiate whether or not the rage meter has been completely filled or is only a sliver away from being full during tense moments like a teamfight.
