Shiv's Lunge (#2) is bugged. Inconsistent — stops short, seems to get caught in the floor geometry?

Had this happen frequently during a match. Reported it on the discord and someone else said that they had it happen all during their match as well.
Shiv's lunge triggers, but stops after about 1ft, making it basically useless. This cost me an entire match, including a double kill & a 1-v-1. I expect to lunge forward several meters and instead I do a small step forward.
This seems to be introduced with today's patch (new mini-map).

Can confirm just happened in my match. Seems like it runs into the ground or something
