There were two instances of this in a single game.
This first Killing Blow happened around 8 minutes and I was teleported back next to the truck after a few seconds.
The second one happened around 20 minutes.
I also could not unstuck/suicide when I was stuck on the second instance in the building, and I was trapped there for the rest of the game.
I guess Shiv's ult is prone to this when the target is near a corner or just out of view. However looking back at the one targeted at Mo and Krill, he was basically in plain sight so idk.
