Shiv using unstable concoction and not dying

Due to bloodletting and possibly infuser, shiv was not dying each time he'd use unstable concotion, in fact it left him at 40% hp allowing him to use it multiple times per fight.

Since the item says 'you die and explode' it shouldn't interact with bloodletting in this way.

having an item that expressly says YOU DIE when using it and not dying, not even going to half of his health is fucked (had a match where he never went under a quarter of missing health) when using it.

please either make it so shiv can't even get the item on brawl or make it so he does die
same with using sinclairs ult on shiv

Just encountered this. It cannot be intended. Hopefully it gets clarification or a fix soon.
