Shiv ult reticle stays locked on after death

As you can see from the video below, the pop-up reticle for Shiv's "ult" (mapped to 4 key) appears to stay on Wraith after Shiv's death, along with the camera that stays pointed at Wraith all the way from Shiv's spawn. I've encountered a similar issue with Bebop's bomb pop-up reticle in the past.
