So, it's an old one, but I forget to post it when I saw it for the first time, and today I witnessed it again. Basically Shiv (or Sinclar with Shiv's ult as shown in this case) can ult himself into the spawn shortcut in enemy base. Than, he's stuck there, unless someone lets him out or kills him (such mercy doesn't happen too often in this kind of scenario).
