Shiv parry and heavy melee concepts

Inspired by the wave of parry and melee concepts from the community, i felt a little inspired to make my own for shiv because i love him.
I imagined him using his coat as some sort of bait, like a bullfighter. On parry success he would wipe the coat away, slashing up with his gun-knife as he fixes his hair with his robotic index finger.

For his heavy melee, since his hands are quite preoccupied, i think a big forward kick would be a breath of fresh air. he would rear up his right leg while charging, kicking his leg forward while lowering his wooden arm for power, landing on his knee before bouncing/standing back up to his idle.
