I saw there were already threads started related to this, I'm not sure if I should post this in one of those threads so I'll just create a new one.
Basically title. I can't even guess what could have caused this. I saw the red indicator for Killing Blow on Warden so I started spamming the hotkey to jump on him, don't know if that had anything to do with it. Most likely something far more complicated than that.

Edited again because I think the timer was wrong on my replay, it shows a different time on the video I posted hmm.
