[Shiv Killing Blow] Killing Blow on Victor

When shiv uses T3 Killing Blow on Victor it does not reset the cool down. Victors Ult Shocking Reanimation reads "reanimate after taking lethal damage" This tool tip reads as if Victor dies and then comes back to life. On these grounds Killing Blow should have finished off the Victor and then reset the cool down.
