[Shiv Killing Blow Bug] When Shiv activates Killing Blow on a target who dies (not from killing blow) Killing Blow still resets

Killing Blow when selected on a target and that target dies (before killing blow damage is applied) and Shiv has t3 Killing Blow maxed. Killing Blow will still reset. As seen by these 2 clips to further prove the bug exists
