Vindicta still gains souls from assassinate, MoKrill/Grey Talon/Drifter/Bebop all gain ability stacks to their respective abilities, making it inconsistent across the cast. If it is intended I think it should be the other way around with execute refreshing but no stacks given

The stack thing is a bug as even Drifter gains stacks from resurrect, but item effects like Trophy Collector don't gain stacks. His resurrect should definitely not count towards stacks and on kill effects, since it would cause a really big problem with gaining double stacks from killing Victor.

Insane that it works on all the perma stacking abilities, but not on the one ability that you're supposed to use multiple times in a fight.
