Shiv can't ult in the latest patch

I've tried all 3 cast options, it doesn't cast when you press 4 not sure what broke.

I had this issue with Grey Talon's trap. Couldn't cast during game regardless of cast option. I fixed it after game by unbinding and rebinding the keybind

I was able to fix this by resetting all keybinds to default
