I checked the rest of the shield-giving items and found the following:

No Shield Given:​

Sharpshooter
- Does not give bullet shield at all

UI Issues:​

Headshot booster
- Gives the proper amount of shield but does not fill the shield bar UI element completely


High-Velocity Mag
- Gives the proper amount of shield but does not fill the shield bar UI element completely


Long Range
- Gives the proper amount of shield but does not fill the shield bar UI element completely
