Had weird bug twice, my teammate buying Echo Shard but window to assign button for this item appears on my client(Yes 100% shure) And today on warmup(face to face standing) someone trying to ping, and small window with "ping on cooldown" appears also on my client(I wasn't even touching my keyboard atm).
At the moment of first time having this bug(with echo shard) i checked everything, fast buy etc.(nothing that would cause such window to appear) but then buy log with Echo Shard appeared on my teammate who was the closest one to me(we both were on the base, while others on lines).
