Shader horizontal stripes bug

I have had a shader/graphical bug occur where purple coloured alternating lines appear over the screen. It seemed to occur at the beginning of a match, just after spawning in on the ziplines. It appears to be the same bug as that reported in https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/alternating-line-shader-bug.25709/. This was the second game I had played after launching the game, but this bug did not occur in the first game, or any other game I have played yet. The issue persisted after dying, but was resolved after restarting the game. This is the first time I have encountered it, and so far I haven't found a way to reproduce it. This occurred using Vulkan on an RTX 3080 with mostly default settings.

I get the same issue once every few games using Vulkan. Game restart fixes the issue.

EVGA 3070ti using driver version 560.94
Ryzen 5 5600x
32gb RAM

I have attached my current graphics settings. Please let me know if there is any other relevant info I can add.
