"The Butcher of Ixia, the monster from Skid Row"

This idea came to me after rewatching the Little Shop of Horrors movie and I was thinking that a character like Audrey 2, the main antagonist from the movie, would fit so perfectly with the aesthetic of Deadlock so I came up with a character heavily inspired by the movie, giving them the main protagonists name "Seymour". I also wanted to consider the idea of this character being a Wrecker Redesign and since I assume the dev's haven't decided on a final design, I think this concept would fit his character since Wrecker is already depicted in the lore and conversations between characters as being some hungry monster, and yes, he should sing.

Abilities
Ability 1: Feed me Seymour!
Target an enemy NPC and consume it for 100% Bonus Souls and grants a long-lasting buff. Upon consuming NPC Seymour leaves behind their cuttings, summoning a Spawn of horror in the place of a neutral camp. Seymour uses their tendrils to latch onto surfaces giving them leverage, can use multiple tendrils to pull against surfaces to sling themself forward

Seymour burrows undergrown appearing suddenly where his Spawn of Horror is located.

Lunge forward and swallow an enemy player, while swallowed the player is disarmed and silenced for 3.5, Instantly kill an enemy if their health is below the kill threshold, (Additional concept but might be too goofy: If Seymour does not swallow a player at all during the match, they will periodically lose -3% model size, -25hp, -3% bullet resist and -2% Spirit Resist, but +5% Move Speed every 60s until swallowing a player under the health threshold which will then reset their hunger timer but keep their debuffs. Hunger timer: 360s until Hungry again.)
Kill Threshold: 20% Enemy Health Threshold
Cooldown: 90s

- T2: Seymour gains the ability to latch their tendrils around enemies releasing spikes that deal 35 spirit damage and applying %30 Slow for 3s
- T3: Latching all of Seymour's tendrils on a single target immobilizes the target for 0.50s, spikes deal an additional +30 Spirit Damage.

- T2: Upon teleporting Seymour applies a small 3m wide fog for 5 seconds

- T2: +1s combo, gain 2m/s and after swallowing an enemy conditional
- T3: When swallowing an enemy below their kill threshold your model size grows by 3%, +25 hp, +3% Bullet Resist and +2% Spirit Resist, -3% Move Speed.
