Sewer-gator-man hero

This is a pretty halfbaked idea, more like 1/4th baked, but a roaming/ganking hero that is an gatorman. Give him a passive that gives him additional movespeed and some sort of damage steroid while in the subway/sewer/underground to encourage gank rotations that involve using those instead of high flying across the map, and an active of the passive so that he can get the boost for a short time while above ground/stack it with the passive while below ground. Would also make for a good hero that is naturally capable when it comes to fighting midboss, similar to Dota heroes like Ursa who historically have had an easier time taking on Roshan.

As for the other three abilities, beats me, but I thought this sounded neat both mechanically and thematically.

The formula of a minigame passive, a theme-requisite mobility, a bad-choices-are-good-now window, & a heaved projectile 'spell' was IMHO the downfall of LoL...

I would ask what IRL 'character' inspired this but connecting to those by way of mapping their important life choices to their game character's play choices is much of how good roster games compel. Keep going!

Well I don't really have much to say on the concept Lagaum linked aside from it being more chef themed than gator themed and I don't think that Deadlock has a need to introduce inherant passives that don't take up a skill slot.
The proposed passive skill in my OP is more along the lines of
This passive (lets call it Skill 3) is active when you are considered below ground.
You can activate Skill 3 to get the benefit of the buff while it would not otherwise be active (you're above ground)
If you activate Skill 3 while you are below ground, you will get a greater buff than what the passive on its own would provide. (Probably not so much as a full 2x stack of the passive, but perhaps 1.25x or 1.5x)
