EDIT: FOUND OUT WHY THE LAG SPIKES HAPPEN: When Vyper dies while sliding she disappears instead of ragdolling, but for some poor souls like me and OP that results in a heavy lag spike..
I just watched one of my replays where I remembered the approximate time of death when a lag spike occured:

The only Vyper death that caused a huge lag spike this game was at 25:35. Even when watching the replay my fps drop, but whats more interesting is that Vyper disappears instead of ragdolling, in the test range pressing kill hero never results in such a death animation, same with killing her with Mirage (tested him because he killed her in the replay).
Also Vypers death in this situation causes everything but the HUD to disappear, even when spectating someone else. If I move the (free) camera with WASD in that situation, it looks like something was just blocking my sight, but it's present on anyone I switch to until I move the camera as described, alternatively you can just wait it out a few seconds. But it also ONLY happens when I spectate Vyper specifically at the moment of death, not the others. And keep in mind that the blackscreen/camerablocked bug is only present in replays, in game I only have the lag issue.
If I remember correctly that was the only time this game where I had a Vyper lag spike, her next death didn't cause any issues.
