Severe FPS Drops Over Time on RTX 3060 Laptop

Hi. I’m having serious FPS drops and stutters in Deadlock and I can’t understand why.

My laptop specs:

  • i5-11400H
  • RTX 3060 6GB
  • 16GB RAM (single channel)
  • SSD
  • 144Hz display
  • Windows 11 25H2 26200.7623
A year ago the game ran perfectly: 150–250+ FPS everywhere. The major performance drop began after map updates and new character additions, which seems to be the point where FPS became much worse.

Now:
  • In menu / lobby: 200–250 FPS
  • Normal gameplay: 70–80 FPS
  • Teamfights: 40–60 FPS
  • Enemy base or some heavy moments: drops to 30 FPS + freezes/stutters
Important:
  • All settings are on minimum
  • VSync OFF
  • Drivers updated
  • Laptop cleaned, temps normal
  • Pagefile increased to 32GB
  • Tried Vulkan and DX11
  • Disabled Windows Game Bar, overlays, background apps
Other games run very smooth with high FPS, no stutters at all. Only Deadlock behaves like this.

It feels like the game starts fine and then after a few minutes (1-5 minutes) performance degrades badly.
I currently have to restart the game after every single match, otherwise the performance becomes even worse in the next one.
I tried changing all graphics settings from minimum to maximum and different combinations, but the issue persists and performance still degrades during matches.

Could this be a memory leak or bad optimization for single-channel RAM?
Is Deadlock currently very RAM/CPU bandwidth dependent?

Any suggestions or known fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
