Seven's Storm Cloud retains vertical momentum during the start-up period

Unsure if its intentional but during the initial upward movement of Storm Cloud, Seven retains his vertical momentum which can be seen in these clips. Recreated in sandbox and in a live game Match 283532

In addition, the Guardian melee attacks seem to launch Seven higher than expected during the startup period.
