Seven ult works through floor with 5ap upgrade and going into ground

when pressed into the floor with seven ult it begins to do damage through the floor, this can be exploited in multiple spots, primarily mid boss, making the seven basically un counterable in ult while he can also do damage across a much larger area as show in the following, where the ult is able to hit almost every hiding place at once while in the safety of the upper room
