I had a street brawl game two days ago where myself and my teammate calico were running away from seven ult into the tunnels right behind the blue guardian. When we turned the corner to go down the first set of stairs, we were still getting hit by seven ult and just looked at each other confused on what just happened. It couldn't have been his power surge since seven was already channeling his ult for a good while. If I had to guess, its a line of sight thing since looking back at the replay, the guy got rescue beamed and was at standing height.
Hope this gets fixed cause I feel like this could be exploited potentially, if anyone ever figures it out before the devs.
