2 bugs:
1) Sliding and firing your gun can cause the buffer to fail transfer shooting the gun. This does not help as Seven is a character that is more mobile than other characters, and benefits from the hyperscaling aspect of his gameplay.
2) Power surging whilst sliding can cancel the slide. This sucks to deal with.
I don't see an argument where there is skill expression, hence I will conclude it is a bug.
