Seven get caught on some wall geometry (Head size collision issue?)

Seven got caught along this wall, could only move side to side but not backwards. Looked like the character initially want to do a back against the wall animation then ended up caught up in the geometry slightly. Vaulting the wall allowed me to get unstuck.

I was in a few bot games today to kill time, and found like 6 instances of bots having this happen on Seven, Haze and Abrams
