Seven's character model during his ultimate ability (electric skeleton model) persisted through death only in my client. Death occurred right when casting the ultimate. Model stayed in skele form (only in my client) at least until next death, or maybe it was until casting ultimate again. Private multiplayer bot game.

Still happens, died when using refresher and trying to get my ult off. Respawned lookin a little bad to the bone.
