Currently, the 2 and 3 ability of seven has wrong interaction with Arcane Surge.
Static Charge: Does not enjoy +20 spirit power
Surge of Power: Enjoy +20 spirit power ONLY FOR THE FIRST ATTACK.

Worth noting that Seven's third ability also does not benefit from the enhanced duration of arcane surge at all, nor does it benefit from the enhanced range except for on the first attack (video attached). On further testing, his ultimate also doesn't benefit from the enhanced duration, (the spirit power does work, can't quite tell with the range). Not really worried about the ult because pressing his ult is pretty much always a net damage loss and bad for positioning, but lacking function on power surge is substantial.
Never would have noticed this except for testing the slight buff arcane surge got as a way to mitigate the massive nerf seven took this patch.

ur right. I wasn't quite sure about duration and range because it worked on 2. Thanks for further testing.
