Seven ability stun while in Hotel Baroness

I would assume this is a bug, but an ability of Seven's happened to stun me halfway through Hotel Baroness, completely resetting the escape attempt.

youre banished to another location, you carry over items, buffs, debuffs and that seem to also consider these stuns. Its not a common thing and pretty uncommon, if this happens all the time you may counter by using warp stone.

The stun was attached to you prior to that. It's not gonna just disappear because you got ulted.
