server disconnecting me and ban 2hs sad and ping

Im new and I play from Argentina, to learn how to play i go vs bots and I always have more than 150 ping

I tried to lower the ping, I saw that using console commands (citadel_region_override -1) you can force the server to change and after doing so I went from 200 ping to 150-170 but with disconnections from the server and now I have a ban

I fking angry and sad

And I don't use a VPN or anything like that.
