Switching to Ava changes the character model to literal "ERROR" text instead of a cat. Trying to change characters in this state causes the server to crash and kick everyone from the sandbox.
Edit: this is also possible with Sinclair when changing someone into the rabbit. If you change heroes in this state the server crashes and everyone gets kicked.
