I've had only 2 matches with Seraphim Wings and I've encountered numerous bugs. It reduced ground strike damage on Lash, it makes stuns last way longer than they should, I accidently sold it without noticing it but for some reason I still had the buff like I still had the item when I didn't, I was able to move when cubed, It doesn't let you slam when ulting as Abrams, I'm not sure if it even buffs damage because it doesn't seem like it. This item really needs a lot of fixes and I even think until its in a proper state it should be removed from the game for now, the concept is good but its just an unfun buggy mess as it is.
