Separate South African servers from Europe

I live in South Africa and I have very long queue times (Currently been waiting for 30 minutes), I would like to be able to choose to use European servers instead but because South Africa is grouped with them I can't change my region to use them. Please move South Africa to its own region so I can switch to European servers when it can't find a match locally.

Queue times are out of hand, I've waited for 4 hours once to find a game. Its almost unplayable actually. I've stopped and started queue's, Changed the region over and over again which doesn't work. Partied up, still takes forever. I'm currently in queue now and have been waiting almost 2 hours
