On the last round, when slots are full, "selling" an item that is a upgrade of another item / has a downgrade only the upgradet version of the item is sold. this leaves the downgraded item taking up an item slot, not giving you the new item and bugging the next item selection.
This happend in this game: 55811410
Last round i rolled and picked EchoShard. My slots were full so i chose to "sell" spirit rend. Doing so only "sold" the upgrade leaving spirit shreder bullets to take up the slot Echo shard should have taking resulting in me not getting echo shard at all.
This left me with an item i dont want that is worse than the item i already had.
After the incident with echo shard the next roll of items are invisible and not able to be chosen. When re-rolling items they show up again, but if you already used your re-roll for the round all yopu can do is skip the roll to get out of the soft lock
