Selling Arctic Blast moves Cold Front to a different active slot. Cannot sell only Arctic Blast if active slots are full

Instead of staying in the same slot, Cold Front is moved to the next available active slot. If there are no other active slots, Cold Front is automatically sold instead of only Arctic Blast.
