Selling an active when you have multiple active items fails to update in shop UI

1. Enter shop
2. Buy two actives
3. Leave shop
4. Enter shop
5. Sell one active
6. All actives still show in the shop UI

This is really bad when you have 4 actives and want to replace one, since it keeps all of the other actives grayed out in the shop, despite the fact that I definitely have a slot

I can confirm that it reproduces after last patch. I didn't met all conditions in real game, but it is easy to reproduce in sandbox

confirming this still occurs like user said, active slots does not update with each destroy item, ui still states "actives full" after you destroy an item and then want to buy a new item, you click the item to buy it anyways and the ui lets you buy it anyways, and then the actives slot is free
