Self cast buttons have irregular behavior and only works in certain combinations

I have tested the self cast options with Bebop who has two spells with an alternate fire. The bomb to bomb yourself, and the hook to hook allies.

Bomb:

1. With self cast key I cannot bomb myself.
2. With double tap I cannot bomb myself.
3. With press and hold I CAN bomb myself.
4. With alt key I CAN bomb myself

Hook:

1. With self cast key I cannot hook allies.
2. With double tap I cannot hook allies.
3. With press and hold I cannot hook allies
4. With alt key I CAN hook allies.
