bebop hook self-cast modifier does not seem to work in default mode

Bebop cannot pick up allies in the "self-cast button" self-cast mode. I think someone already mentioned this in regards to the bomb ability, but the new update made this an issue for his hook ability as well.

it doesnt work with double tap, the modifier key must be used (bug imo)

I'm so confused how did this and the bug bomb get pushed to live? were they only internally tested on nonstandard (modifier key) keybinds?

Yep it also doesn't work properly with "press and hold" either. It only works if you are holding the button before it comes off cooldown. It would be great if holding it maybe turned on the grab ally flag midflight, which would probably be fine since if you're trying to grab them they probably aren't point blank.
