Self cast Bebop not working

I am unable to self bomb myself. I have set for alternate cast to require holding the key for 0.12 seconds. Can anyone else replicate this?

i play with my self cast modifier set to M2 and am able to self cast bombs without issue

I don't have a self cast modifier. It is simply hold the key for 0.12 seconds.

So that means holding it down for Dynamo, or holding down vortex web ability and looking at a target, or hold cart will do the alternative cast respectively.
