See Opponent Info while Spectating

I decided to spectate some friends playing the standard mode today. While I was not able to directly spectate the opponents, I was able to see all of the opponents' locations on the minimap and see their team's chat (like when they were going to push certain lanes). I did not pass on this information to my friends, but it definitely seems like something that could be exploited. This was match 65188098, and I joined around 4:55pm US Pacific.

I searched the forum and it didn't seem like this exact issue had been discussed yet, so hopefully this is not a duplicate!

thats true, however there is a delay of 1/2 minutes of gameplay.
