Second time begging for Chain Frost

why not... two chain frosts?
something like a magic power disc like the destructo-disks krillin uses in dbz, launch two in quick succession. they start out as skillshots, but wide skillshots. they dont just deal one instance of damage but high dps in a quick burst that stacks. once one enemy gets hit the ability just locks on and starts bouncing between enemies, really punish them for grouping up and always a built in back-up since it would be more of a skillshot.
what made lich ult fun was that he used it for all his abilities before throwing it out, he pulls his attack out of the ball, he uses it to do that frost blast on enemies and put the ice armor on allies. so this hero would have cool bracers they use to cast abilities and then when the time is right turn them into giant spinning blades of pure energy to toss into the battlefield.
