Scroll wheel Dash is broken now! Help!!

I use Scroll Down as my dash input, and the Billy update made it so that it uses 2 stamina instead of 1 and barely goes anywhere. Using a non-scroll input works as normal but the scroll input is fucked now.

Also, while I'm here: The crosshair pip border toggle is still broken!!! It's impossible to turn off the Pip Borders, that bug came along one day last year and never left. I miss having a clean looking crosshair.

Oh true, if I scroll one "click" then it uses 2 stamina instead of 1 like before, but if I just scroll freely then it uses tons of stamina. Previously, it would always only use 1 stamina per dash no matter how much I scrolled. And a normal key input behaves as expected (you can't spam it), but a scroll input (if done slowly) lets you interrupt a (shitty) dash with another (shitty) dash if you stagger your inputs a little.

I have bad news; it wasn't completely fixed. The dash goes the proper length now and spinning the scroll wheel can't consume ALL your stamina at once, but it still consumes 2 stamina instead of 1 for every ground dash (if using a scroll input).
