Screen goes black during gameplay

During gameplay, my screen will randomly go black for 3-5 seconds. I can still input commands and control my hero, but the screen is completely blacked out. It does not seem to be linked to a specific game action or state, and will sometimes happen multiple times within a short time frame, and sometimes it will happen a few times a game or not at all.

Issue has been persistent across multiple patches for the last ~2 weeks.

System Info:
OS: Win 11 Home
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Mobo: AsusTek B650-E


Any advice would be great - this issue is driving me nuts.
