Had a silly idea for a slapstick-fueled cartoon hero playing off all those fun visuals and tropes.
In my mind, he's a magical abnormality, and his playstyle and aesthetic are full of wacky Looney Tunes-style logic.
His toolkit takes a lot of influence from early cartoons, and tries to feel like a set of items he can pull out of his "pocket".
I'm not an artist, so excuse the artwork!
