Scourge not granting +40% spirit resist

I may be dumb, or didn't understand something. But when applying Scourge, it doesn't seems to grant +40% Spirit Resist. I see that it's written "conditionnal" but I suppose the condition is just to be active/applied on someone?



We tested the dynamo's wave with scourge applied :



and without :



As seen, both deal 252 spirit dmg

Can confirm, for some reason it doesn't give any spirit resist anymore.

Also can confirm, tried it on multiple heroes. Double checked to make sure that it wasn't just the damage numbers that were bugged, but all spirit damage seems to do the same exact damage with or without scourge.

Just chiming in to both confirm, and to state that it doesn't give the spirit resist regardless of whether you apply it to yourself or someone else.

After looking inside of abilities.vdata, I suspect the problem is with the conditional on the resist. It appears to be missing a condition hook and so the spirit res is simply being ignored, because the conditional isn't being met.

I'm not really sure why it's conditional in the first place, it doesn't seem like it should be.

Hopefully they fix it sooner than later, it seems like a pretty easy fix.
