Scarecrow / Decoy Doll for minions

A low cost active item that distracts / draws massive aggro from candle minions (not guardians/walkers) so you can dodge some of that damage while pushing into enemy lane to confirm a kill.

Also could be used to make candle minions drop from the rail if placed below to more easily gather a large wave of your own minions and push a lane late game.

You could also make it a big brain item by making it a copy of your character's model; so it looks like you are AFK, on top of making it activate the mini map "character sighting" circle to fool enemies.

Make it explode on death? Make it able to walk in a straight line? Actually just use those concepts for a different item, minion scarecrow would be static vs a decoy moving mirage.
