The Mirage on my team disconnected at about 20 minutes into the game. At one point, we are given the option of leaving the game. Not shown in pictures below, I clicked leave game, the match was still treated as in progress and as one that I will recieve penalty for not rejoining. After about 10 seconds, I rejoin the match, luckily, our Mirage joined in that time. But regardless, prior to rejoining, I was informed that I would be penalised for leaving a "safe to abandon" game.
A different bug resulted in being shown two of the same item being bought.
